Steam Free Games Tracker (steam-free-games-tw) is an online utility web application dedicated to collecting, comparing historical lowest prices, and analyzing limited-time free offers on the Steam platform. Our goal is to build a clean, fast, and secure Traditional Chinese and English query tool for gamers.

Why Create This Site?

Many free-to-keep news sources on the web are messy, often mixed with permanent "Free to Play" games, "Free Weekends" (trials), DLCs/soundtracks, or even malicious phishing links.

Using background tasks, we scan the Steam store daily and filter offers using strict rules to identify "100% off, Free to Keep full games". Combined with AI-generated English/Chinese summaries and positive rating filters, you can quickly assess whether a game is worth claiming, and click to visit the official Steam store to add it to your account safely.

Our Three Security Principles

• No Credentials Risk: This site does not require you to register, log in, or provide any Steam passwords or cookies. All claiming actions are completed directly on the official Steam Store.
• Low-Frequency Background Tasks: Background crawlers query public APIs at a low rate and store results in a local PostgreSQL database, imposing no load on official Steam servers.
• Clean Redirection: We act solely as a curation and official redirect platform, avoiding any automated claiming or trading scripts that would violate the Steam Subscriber Agreement (SSA).
